By submitting a booking request through Quantum Limo Service, you agree to these terms of service. Quantum Limo Service provides luxury ground transportation services in the greater Seattle and Puget Sound region.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Booking requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until acknowledged by our team. We will contact you to confirm availability, final pricing, vehicle assignment, and chauffeur details. A booking is only confirmed after mutual agreement on all terms.

3. Pricing

Prices shown on our website are estimated quotes for reference purposes. Final pricing is confirmed during the booking confirmation process. Pricing may vary based on date, time, distance, vehicle selection, and special requirements.

4. Payment

Payment terms will be communicated during booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and approved corporate billing arrangements. Gratuity is not included and is at the discretion of the client.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Smoking, illegal substances, and destructive behavior are prohibited in all vehicles. Quantum Limo Service reserves the right to terminate a ride for violations of this policy.

6. Liability

Quantum Limo Service maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to the scope of our insurance policies. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
