1. Photography and Media

Quantum Limo Service may occasionally photograph or video our vehicles and services for marketing, website, and social media purposes. We respect your privacy and will never publish identifiable images of passengers without explicit consent.

2. Client-Provided Media

If you provide testimonials, reviews, or photos/videos of your experience with Quantum Limo Service, we may use this content for marketing purposes with your permission. You retain ownership of any media you provide.

3. Event Photography

For weddings, prom, and special events, our chauffeurs may take photos of the vehicle setup (decorations, red carpet, etc.) for our portfolio. We will not photograph passengers without permission.

4. In-Vehicle Recording

Some vehicles may be equipped with dashcams for safety and security purposes. Interior cabin recording, if any, is disclosed at the time of booking and complies with Washington State recording laws.

5. Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw your media consent at any time by contacting us at quantumleapgroupllc@gmail.com. We will remove any identifiable content within a reasonable timeframe.
