1. Booking Process
Bookings are made through our website booking form or by contacting us directly. All bookings go through a manual confirmation process — our team reviews each request and follows up with confirmed pricing, vehicle assignment, and chauffeur details.
2. Advance Notice
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. For weddings, prom, and special events, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance. Same-day bookings are accommodated based on availability.
3. Wait Times
Airport pickups include a complimentary 60-minute wait time from the flight's actual landing time. For all other pickups, a complimentary 15-minute wait time is provided from the scheduled pickup time. Additional wait time may incur charges.
4. Vehicle Substitution
In the event that your requested vehicle becomes unavailable (maintenance, prior commitment), we will offer a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no additional charge, or provide the option to reschedule.
5. Passenger Capacity
For safety and legal reasons, the number of passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the assigned vehicle. Child car seats are available upon request and must be mentioned at the time of booking.
6. Luggage
Standard luggage allowances vary by vehicle. Please specify the number of luggage pieces when booking so we can assign an appropriate vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage may require a larger vehicle.
