How Booking Works
- 1. Send your trip details. Pickup and drop-off, date and time, passenger count and any special requests. No account and no payment at this stage.
- 2. We review it personally. A member of our team checks vehicle availability and routing — requests are not auto-confirmed by software.
- 3. You get a firm quote. Usually within the hour, by phone or email, with the flat rate, the assigned vehicle and your chauffeur's details.
- 4. Confirm and ride. Reply to confirm. Cancel free up to 24 hours before pickup.
What to Have Ready
For airport pickups, your flight number lets us track the aircraft and shift the pickup automatically for early or delayed arrivals. For weddings and proms, the venue address and the schedule you need to hit matter more than the exact pickup time. If you need a child seat, extra luggage space or a multi-stop itinerary, add it to the special requests box — it changes which vehicle we assign.
