Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee. We understand plans change, and we want to make the process as easy as possible.

2. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price. This policy helps us manage our fleet and chauffeur scheduling.

3. No-Show

If a passenger does not appear at the pickup location within the complimentary wait time (60 minutes for airport pickups, 15 minutes for all other pickups), the ride may be considered a no-show and the full fare may be charged.

4. Special Events

Wedding, prom, and special event bookings may have different cancellation terms due to the dedicated planning involved. These terms will be communicated during the booking confirmation process.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, contact us as soon as possible by phone at (206) 503-9035 or by email at quantumleapgroupllc@gmail.com. Please reference your booking confirmation number.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
